Paccheri are large, wide tubes from Naples, a much-loved shape in La Molisana's Special range. They're made from high-protein Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies for a rough, sauce-gripping surface.

They're superb with seafood and cherry tomatoes, Neapolitan ragù, or stuffed with ricotta and baked.
