Caserecce Molisane are short, twisted lengths of pasta with a groove down the middle, a homemade-style shape from La Molisana's own region. They're made from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies for a rough surface.

The S-shaped curl and central groove trap sauce, making them perfect with pesto, swordfish and aubergine, sausage and broccoli, or a rich tomato sauce.
