You'll receive a DHL tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.

On the day of delivery, DHL will email or text you with a 1-hour delivery window.

Fresh items
We do the utmost to make sure fresh items reach you as fresh as possible. Here's how:

Sent next day*
All orders with fresh items go by next day delivery, so they reach you as quickly and as fresh as possible.

Packed cold
Fresh items travel in a cold pouch or box (depending on how many items) with ice packs to keep them cool.

Packed that morning
For any order with fresh items, we pack them on the morning the courier collects.
You may receive a shipping confirmation from us when we book the collection with the courier. We still wait until the morning of the collection to pack the fresh items.
