Zitoni are big, hollow tubes, a larger version of ziti, from Granoro's Dedicato line. The line is made only with durum wheat grown in Puglia from a certified, traceable supply chain.

They're ideal for Neapolitan ragù, Genovese onion sauce and generous baked pasta dishes. This pasta belongs to Granoro's Speciali range: traditional southern Italian shapes with a rough surface, made slowly and dried gently so they hold sauce beautifully.
