Capellini are very thin spaghetti, just a little thicker than angel hair. La Molisana makes them in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat, bronze-drawn for a fine texture.

They cook very quickly and suit delicate dishes: light tomato and basil, butter and lemon, seafood, or in a clear broth.

Nutrition: per 100g (uncooked): 351kcal (1489kJ), 1g fat (0.3g saturates), 70g carbohydrate (4g sugars), 3g fibre, 14g protein and 0.02g salt.
