Linguine come from Liguria: flat, elliptical strands, typically served with pesto or seafood. La Molisana's bronze-drawn version is pleasantly full-bodied and slightly thicker than usual, made in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat.

Serve them with pesto Genovese, clams (alle vongole), prawns and cherry tomatoes, or a simple garlic, oil and chilli sauce.
