Mezze Linguine are a slimmer linguine: flat, narrow strands that are lighter and quicker to cook. La Molisana makes them in Molise from Italian durum wheat that is stone-dehulled before milling, then bronze-drawn.

They're perfect with delicate seafood sauces, lemon and butter, or a light pesto.
