Spaghetti N.15 is La Molisana's classic spaghetto, the everyday staple of Italian kitchens. It's made in Molise from Italian durum wheat that is stone-dehulled before milling, then drawn through bronze dies for a rough, porous surface.

With protein never below 14%, it stays perfectly al dente, so it's ideal for bolognese, carbonara, puttanesca, vongole or a simple aglio, olio e peperoncino.

Nutrition: per 100g (uncooked): 351kcal (1489kJ), 1g fat (0.3g saturates), 70g carbohydrate (4g sugars), 3g fibre, 14g protein and 0.02g salt.
