Ziti Campani are long, hollow Neapolitan tubes, traditionally served at weddings in Campania. They're part of La Molisana's Special range, made from high-protein Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies.

Break them by hand into short lengths and serve with genovese, Neapolitan ragù or pancetta and pecorino, or bake them al forno.
