Tripoline Lunghe are long, flat ribbons with a ruffled edge, a traditional southern Italian shape from La Molisana's Specialissime range. They're made from high-protein Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies for a rough surface.

The ruffles trap sauce, making them ideal for ragù, mushroom sauces, or a simple tomato and basil sauce.
