Spaghetti Ristoranti are Granoro's classic, medium-thickness spaghetti, the everyday all-rounder of the Italian kitchen. They're made in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina, with a porous surface that holds sauce well.

Use them for tomato and basil, carbonara, puttanesca or a simple cacio e pepe. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
