Barilla Ragù alla Bolognese is a hearty Italian meat sauce of beef and pork slowly cooked with tomato, onion, carrot and celery, seasoned with thyme, bay leaf and black pepper.

It's ready to pour onto freshly cooked pasta. Tagliatelle is the traditional pairing, and it's also ideal for layering into a quick lasagne. Warm it gently in a pan or microwave after opening for the best flavour.
