Mutti Passata is a smooth, velvety sieved tomato purée made from carefully selected Italian tomatoes and a pinch of salt, nothing else. It has a naturally sweet taste and keeps its bright red colour even in quick-cooking dishes.

Mutti has been making tomato products in Parma since 1899, and this passata is a kitchen staple: use it as the base for pasta sauces, soups, stews, pizza and white meat dishes. Simmer it briefly with garlic, olive oil and basil for an easy, authentic tomato sauce.
