Fettucce Ricce are golden ribbons with pretty wavy edges, from La Molisana's Special range. Their rough, bronze-drawn surface is porous and holds sauce beautifully. They're made from high-protein Italian durum wheat.

The ruffled edges catch every bit of sauce, so try them with prawns and aubergine, a rich ragù or a creamy mushroom sauce.
