Fusilli are tight, springy spirals whose twists trap sauce in every groove. La Molisana makes them in Molise from Italian durum wheat that is stone-dehulled before milling, then bronze-drawn for a rough texture and a firm bite.

A true all-rounder, they're perfect with pesto, tomato sauces, vegetables, creamy sauces and, of course, pasta salads.
