Spaghettoni are thick spaghetti, made for lovers of a full-bodied, meaty pasta with real bite. La Molisana makes them in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat and draws them through bronze dies for a rough surface.

Their thickness stands up to bold sauces, so try them with carbonara, cacio e pepe, puttanesca, clams or a slow-cooked ragù.
