Sedanini are the smaller version of sedani: slim, slightly curved, ridged tubes. La Molisana makes them in Molise from Italian durum wheat that is stone-dehulled before milling, then bronze-drawn for a sauce-gripping finish.

They're a handy, quick-cooking everyday shape that's great with vegetable sauces and in soups and pasta salads. Children love them too.
