Pennettine are among the smallest of La Molisana's penne: tiny diagonal-cut tubes that cook quickly and are easy for little ones to eat. Like the rest of the range, they're made in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies.

Use them in minestrone and bean soups, in quick pasta with peas and ham, or in a cold pasta salad. They're also a great first pasta for children.

Nutrition: per 100g (uncooked): 351kcal (1489kJ), 1g fat (0.3g saturates), 70g carbohydrate (4g sugars), 3g fibre, 14g protein and 0.02g salt.
