La Molisana Gnocchi di Patate are soft, pillowy potato gnocchi made mostly from potato, ready to cook from the cupboard with no fridge needed until opened. They cook in just a couple of minutes, and they're done when they float to the top of the pan.

Toss them in a simple tomato and basil sauce, butter and sage, or gorgonzola cream, or bake them alla sorrentina with tomato and mozzarella.
