This version of Vicenzovo is made without gluten or lactose, so people with coeliac disease or lactose intolerance can still enjoy a proper Italian tiramisù. Instead of wheat flour, Matilde Vicenzi uses corn starch, potato flour and rice flour, with 33% eggs.

Like the classic ladyfingers, they soak up coffee and stay soft and creamy in layered desserts, so they work in any recipe that calls for savoiardi. Gluten free and lactose free.
