Misto Corto is a traditional mix of short pasta shapes in one pack, the "pasta mista" that Italian cooks have always made from the ends of different packets. La Molisana makes it in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat, bronze-drawn like the rest of the range.

It's the classic choice for pasta e fagioli, pasta e patate, pasta e ceci and other hearty Neapolitan soups, where the mix of sizes gives a lovely variety of textures.
