La Molisana Gnocchi N.26 are a dried durum wheat pasta, not potato gnocchi. They're plump, ridged shells shaped like traditional gnocchi, larger than gnocchetti sardi. They're made in Molise from Italian durum wheat that is stone-dehulled before milling, then bronze-drawn.

Their hollow, ridged shape holds sauce well, so they're great with tomato and mozzarella, sausage ragù or a creamy cheese sauce, and they bake beautifully.

Nutrition: per 100g (uncooked): 351kcal (1489kJ), 1g fat (0.3g saturates), 70g carbohydrate (4g sugars), 3g fibre, 14g protein and 0.02g salt.
