Succhietti, also known as cavatappi or cellentani, are a playful corkscrew-shaped pasta: hollow, ridged spirals with a modern look. La Molisana makes them in Molise from Italian durum wheat that is stone-dehulled before milling, then bronze-drawn for a rough surface.

Their twisty shape is fun for children and works with all kinds of sauces, from tomato and cheese to pesto and creamy sauces. They're also great in pasta salads and bakes.
