Fusilli Bucati are spirals made from a hollow strand of pasta, wound like a spring. The hollow centre and the coils catch sauce inside and out.

They're delicious with tomato and ricotta, pesto, or a rich meat sauce. This pasta belongs to Granoro's Speciali range: traditional southern Italian shapes with a rough surface, made slowly and dried gently so they hold sauce beautifully.
