Rosmarino is a small, rice-shaped pastina named after rosemary leaves. Granoro makes it in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.

Use it in broths and soups, or cook it like risotto for a quick, comforting dish. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
