Mezzi Occhi di Lupo ("half wolf's eyes") are short, wide ridged tubes, a traditional southern Italian shape. Their size and ridges make them hold plenty of sauce.

They're excellent with meat ragù, sausage, and chunky vegetable sauces, and in pasta bakes. Like all of Granoro's pasta, this shape has a rough surface that holds sauce and stays pleasantly firm when cooked.
