Granoro's potato gnocchi are made with 80% potato, for gnocchi that are soft on the palate yet hold their shape and bite when cooked. They have a homemade taste and are ready in minutes.

Boil them in salted water until they rise to the surface, then serve with Bolognese, tomato and mozzarella, or toss them in a pan with butter and sage and a sprinkle of Parmigiano.
