Granoro's Cannelloni N.76 are large durum wheat tubes made for stuffing and baking. They're part of the Speciali da Forno range, with the rough surface and good bite of handmade pasta.

They're easy to use straight from the pack, without pre-cooking. Fill them with ricotta and spinach or meat, cover with tomato sauce or béchamel and bake.
