Bucatini are thick spaghetti with a hole running through the middle, so they take on sauce inside and out. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.

They're the traditional pasta for bucatini all'amatriciana, and also great with carbonara or a spicy tomato sauce. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
