A soft, fragrant torrone lifted by the bright citrus notes of limoncello. The sweet honey nougat and the zesty lemon flavour make a fresh, sunny twist on the classic.

It's made by Di Gennaro in Irpinia, Campania, not far from the Amalfi coast, home of limoncello. Serve in small slices with coffee or alongside a chilled glass of limoncello.
