This gluten free Grisbì from Matilde Vicenzi is made for people with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance: a crumbly shortcrust biscuit made with rice flour, corn starch and potato flour, filled with a rich chocolate cream.

The cream is made with cocoa, cocoa butter and dark chocolate, so it tastes just like the classic Grisbì. Lovely with a coffee or as an after-dinner treat.
