Zitoni Napoletani are the largest of the Neapolitan ziti: long, wide tubes traditionally served at weddings in Campania (the name comes from "zita", bride). They're part of La Molisana's Special range, made from high-protein Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies.

Break them by hand before cooking, the traditional way, and serve with a rich Neapolitan ragù, or with pancetta and pecorino. They're also superb in baked pasta.
