Lasagne Festonate are lasagne sheets with pretty frilled edges (festonate means "bordered"), part of La Molisana's Special range. They're made from Italian durum wheat and bronze-drawn, and the wavy edges turn golden and crisp in the oven.

Use them for a classic lasagne alla bolognese, a vegetable lasagne, or the Sicilian festive version layered with meat sauce and ricotta.
