Spaghetto Quadrato is La Molisana's flagship: a square-cut spaghetto in the style of spaghetti alla chitarra from Abruzzo, loved by home cooks and chefs alike because it practically never overcooks. It's made in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat and drawn through bronze dies.

The square edges give a satisfying, chewy bite and hold sauce well, so try it with cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana or a slow-cooked ragù.
