Spaghettini are a slightly thinner spaghetti that cooks quickly and stays light on the fork. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina, using dies designed to give a porous surface that picks up sauce.

They're perfect with seafood, a quick aglio, olio e peperoncino, or a fresh cherry tomato sauce. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
