Linguine ("little tongues") are long, flat strands of pasta, a little wider than spaghetti. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina, with a porous surface that holds sauce.

They're the classic partner for seafood, such as clams, prawns or mussels, and are just as good with pesto. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
