Radiatori are a resolutely original shape that recalls the old cast-iron radiators of Italian homes. The repeated, concentric fins of each piece absorb seasoning and hold on to sauce. La Molisana makes them in Molise from stone-dehulled Italian durum wheat, bronze-drawn for extra texture.

They're brilliant with creamy cheese sauces, pesto, ragù or chunky vegetables, and they're fun for children too. They also make a great pasta salad.
