Rigatoni are large, ridged tubes with square-cut ends, a staple of Roman and southern Italian cooking. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.

The wide tubes and deep ridges hold chunky sauces, so they're perfect for ragù, carbonara, amatriciana and pasta bakes. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
