Pennette are a smaller, slimmer version of penne, quick to cook and easy to eat. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.
They're great with tomato sauces, vegetables, or in pasta salads. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
