Millerighi ("a thousand lines") are large tubes covered in fine ridges, one of Granoro's big specialities. The many ridges and wide centre hold rich sauces brilliantly.

They're superb with meat ragù, sausage and mushrooms, or baked with cheese. This is one of Granoro's "grandi specialità": large traditional shapes with a rough surface, made slowly and dried gently so they hold sauce beautifully.
