Lazzaroni's Amaretti di Saronno are the classic crunchy amaretti from Saronno in Lombardy, where the family has made them for generations. They're made with just sugar, apricot kernels and egg white, giving a light, crisp biscuit with an intense bittersweet almond flavour.
