Stelline are tiny star-shaped pasta, the classic pastina of Italian childhood. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.

Cook them in chicken or vegetable broth, or with butter and Parmigiano for a comforting meal for little ones. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
