Spirali Grandi are large spirals, a generous, chunky version of fusilli. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.
The twists trap sauce in every turn, so they're great with pesto, tomato and vegetable sauces, and in pasta salads. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
