This is a tiny, seed-shaped pastina, ideal for soups and broths. Granoro makes it in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.

Cook it in a light broth, add it to minestrone, or serve it with butter and cheese for children. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
