Lumachette are little snail-shaped pasta, a smaller version of lumache, ideal for soups. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.

They're perfect in minestrone and bean soups, and with simple tomato sauces for children. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
