Granoro's Lasagne di sola semola N.121 are made with durum wheat semolina only. They're part of the Speciali da Forno range, inspired by Italy's regional baked dishes, with the irregular shape, rough surface and good bite of handmade pasta.

They're easy to use straight from the pack, without pre-cooking. Layer them with ragù, béchamel and Parmigiano for a classic lasagne, or with vegetables and ricotta.
