Granoro's wholewheat penne rigate are made from whole durum wheat semolina, slowly milled from the whole grain, wheat germ included. The ridged tubes hold sauce well and have a pleasant, nutty bite.

Whole durum wheat keeps the bran and germ, giving a nutty flavour and plenty of fibre (8g per 100g). Pair them with vegetables, a spicy arrabbiata or a robust tomato sauce.
