Ditalini Lisci are small, smooth tubes ("little thimbles"), a favourite for soups. Granoro makes them in Corato, Puglia, from durum wheat semolina.
Use them in pasta e fagioli, pasta e ceci, lentil soup or minestrone. Like all of Granoro's Classici, this pasta keeps its golden colour and the aroma of ripe wheat, and stays firm and al dente long after cooking.
