Rigoli are delicate shortbread biscuits made with milk and 100% Italian wildflower (millefiori) honey, which comes from the nectar of many spring and summer flowers.

They are lovely dipped in milk or tea, or enjoyed on their own, and have much less saturated fat than the average best-selling shortbread.
