Battistero's Tronchetto is a soft leavened cake shaped like a Yule log, filled with chocolate cream and finished with a cocoa decoration. It's a fun, chocolatey alternative to panettone and pandoro.

It's made with natural sourdough by Il Vecchio Forno in Veneto. Serve it in slices with coffee or as a festive dessert.
